The first student tour I ever organized was a theater tour to London, an appropriate beginning given my background. My passion today is travel, but it was an earlier and equally intense passion that led me to it. From the age of 15, the theater has played an immense role in my life. It was the theater that allowed me to experience places previously unknown or considered out of reach. It transported me to other cultures, other realities, and in doing so opened up the entire world to me as a place to be explored.
 
I received a BFA in theater from the University of Texas at Austin and, although I never pursued it professionally, the theater has always played a big part in my life. That initial love was eventually overtaken by a passion for different cultures and languages but it is my experiences in the theater world that give me such pleasure in being able to expose young theater lovers to London and its unique place in theater history.
